This morning we delivered our first harvest to Lakeside restaurant on university campus. It wasn’t much, but it’s a taste of things to come (literally!)
Parsley and leafy salad were the first things ever to be picked, and they’ll be used to garnish meals in the restaurant for the next couple of days. So if you’re in Lakeside then you’ll probably be tasting produce that has been grown only a few hundred metres from where you’re sitting!
